Judith Aftergut is a consultant, a life coach, and the executive director of The Honoring Institute. She writes, speaks and coaches nationally and internationally on the topics of "honoring" and "honoring conflict." Judith is a founding director of The Global Abundance Alliance (The GAA). Her promise for the world is: "By 2012, all people honoring themselves, each other, the planet and the mystery of the universe.

Ruth B. Shields promises that, by the year 2020, all of us are participating in all of life, for all our lives. She is a founding member of the Elderboomer Project, the founder of The House of Being, and a co-founder of The Israel Palestine Project and The Honoring Institute. She designs and leads language programs for executives (see Java Ventures) and is the Chief Accessibility Officer for www.promisers.com. She is a facilitator-in-training for The Pachamama Alliance's Awakening the Dreamer, Changing the Dream Symposium and for Challenge Day. A licensed tax preparer, she lives in Sacramento, California, with her partner Leslie Cox and their two cats, Happy and Sunshine.

Deborah London Baker is President of The London Baker Group, a company committed to her promise that "All people consciously choose their lives. All people be honored." She is a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst and Certified Behavior Values Analyst. A member of the Board of Directors for Dress for Success Tampa Bay, the Network of Executive Women and on the advisory council for Wheels for Success, Deb is a co-founder of The Elderboomer Project, The Honoring Institute and The Institute for World Courage.

Christopher C. Jones promises: "By 2020, every person a gift." Chris is an estate planning attorney who is committed to his clients' financial abundance, lifelong independence and their families' well-being. Chris' area of interest is in transforming what it is to be an elder, and using the babyboomer generation as the vanguard.

Sharon Jones has been married to Chris Jones for 28 years. They have two sons, Christopher and Bradley. She has spent 35 years in business as a corporate executive, owned three successful companies, headed a national corporation, then retired in 2000 to return to college and pursue a degree of Religious Studies at the University of California at Santa Barbara. Her interest is in cultural death conversations which are rooted in a religious context. Sharon has been active in Landmark Education since 1994. Sharon is active in the Santa Barbara community, working with Hospice and Catholic Charities as well as with the returning student program at Santa Barbara City College. She joined the others in working on the Elderboomer Project and The Honoring Institute after the Second Conference for Global Transformation in September 2002.
